My big goal is to lose 80 pounds, and to keep it off. After I finished breastfeeding my youngest, I was ready to dive in and get focused on me.
I love to cook, and I'm really enjoying finding new ways to enjoy my food and my kitchen.
So here we go--thanks for joining me on this adventure!
I love your website and your recipes are very inspiring! I lost 53 lbs on IP in 2011, and 15 of them have slowly crept back. So I'm recommitting to the protocol and love seeing your posts! Keep up the good work.
Hi Kacie-Thanks so much for your kind words. Congrats on the overall loss, and good luck getting back on IP. You can do it! Let me know what you make!!Delete
I make a lot of "wok" dishes: green bell pepper, red onions, celery, broccoli, etc. (whatever's around) and a chopped chicken breast or pork chop mixed in. For spices, I add garclic, soy sauce, siriacha or chili paste to taste. This is quick and makes a LOT of veggies, so I can take them to work the next day. Also, love making a smoothie with the Peach & Mango packet: 4oz water, a few ice cubes, 2 cups of kale/spinach/celery and blend. After blending, add the IP Peach & Mango packet so it doesn't get too foamy. Delicious and filling! A great way to get the veggies in quickly.ReplyDelete
Great recipes! Looking forward to trying them on my husband :-)ReplyDelete
